The coronavirus has sent shivers of fear throughout nearly every part of the world at this point. Conventions have been cancelled, people are holding off taking vacations, and the stocks have gone to the amusement park.

Soon, you and your coworkers may be working from home to abate the spread of the virus. You may be wondering, “How can I ensure my team stays productive while we work remotely?”

Here are five useful tips to keep your team’s productivity train rolling during this time of uncertainty and change. These will be especially easy to implement if you already practice agile and scrum methodologies.

Note that the key to making any and all of these tips successful is “buy in” from your team. This means discussing process with your team so that these become “team expectations” instead of “your expectations.”

Plan your schedule.
